Chef

Shawn Gawle is known as a pastry chef.  Considers himself a cook's cook, trained as both a pastry and savory cook. Shawn spent years working in some of America's most highly regarded kitchens.  He has used his training to translate simple philosophies to the pastry world. On this site, Shawn would like to share some of those philosophies, techniques and future projects.
